spotify: here!my overall goal is to challenge my boredom and become comfortable and content with myself and the silence. i find that i autopilot through my weeks as i try to get through meaningless and boring tasks; however, it stops me from enjoying the good moments as well. being present will hopefully increase my attention span and help me retain memory from what i've learned, experienced, or felt.
